I know what it’s like to feel stuck in negative thought patterns because I’ve been there myself.
Before retraining in mind and wellbeing support, I spent 20 years in corporate life helping start-ups grow across the UK and Europe. I understand the pressures of a busy, high-demand environment and the impact it can have on your wellbeing. My own experience of creating practical, lasting change inspired me to train so I could help others do the same.
I’m married and a mum of one, so I also understand the juggling act of balancing work, family, and personal wellbeing. My approach focuses on your goals, strengths, and the future you want to create — rather than dwelling on the past.
