I help people feel calmer, more confident, and free from the thoughts and habits that have been holding them back — using practical, personalised mind and wellbeing support.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in negative patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety, and caught in self-doubt — because I’ve been there myself. I also know how powerful it is when things finally start to shift.

That experience inspired me to retrain and now support others on their own journey toward feeling lighter, clearer, and more in control of their lives.

I offer sessions face to face in Norfolk, as well as worldwide online. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person — so wherever you are, support is available.
